Important Business Rules & Invariants

Grade Encoding & Release Schedule: Periodic and final grades are posted by course instructors and released through the Registrar's portal in accordance with the official Academic Calendar deadlines.
Financial Clearance Requirement: Students with unsettled periodic installment balances or examination permit holds may experience viewing restrictions on newly released term grades until cleared with Accounting.
Grade Incompletion Resolution Period: A mark of 'INC' (Incomplete) indicates unsubmitted major course requirements and must be resolved with the instructor within one (1) academic year before lapsing into a failing grade.

Common Questions & Troubleshooting

The faculty instructor has not yet submitted or locked periodic grade entries. Grades appear in your portal immediately once submitted by faculty and approved by the Dean.
