Open Schools Directory
Go to Academic Management > Schools.

Add School Record
Click 'Add School', input School Name, Official School Code/ID, Address, Region, and Institution Type (Public/Private).

Save Entry
Save to enable instant auto-complete during online student registration and transcript intake.
Important Business Rules & Invariants
DepEd / CHED Code Alignment: Official school codes must match government master directories to ensure error-free CHED annual reporting.
Common Questions & Troubleshooting
Add the new school record immediately in Schools Setup, and it will become searchable on applicant intake forms.
