Step-by-Step Instructions

Open Student Transfer
Go to Academic Management > Student Transfer.

Search Student
Enter Student ID to load historical curriculum progress.

Select Target Program / Campus
Choose new College Degree Program and effective Academic Period.

Execute Transfer
Confirm shifting. System remaps completed general education units to the new curriculum matrix.
Important Business Rules & Invariants
Dean Clearance Required: Transferring between departments requires prior academic clearance from the releasing College Dean.
Common Questions & Troubleshooting
Non-matching specialized courses are recorded as uncredited historical electives on the transcript.
