Step-by-Step Instructions

Open Billing Periods & Tolerance
Go to Setup & Configuration > Billing Period & Back Balance Tolerance.

Set Term Payment Cutoffs
Define due dates for Prelim, Midterm, Semi-Final, and Final examination installments.

Set Allowable Balance Tolerance
Input the maximum prior balance amount (e.g. ₱1,000.00) that allows a continuing student to proceed with self-enrollment.
Important Business Rules & Invariants
Enrollment Gatekeeper: Students owing prior debt greater than the configured tolerance threshold are automatically blocked from self-enrollment.

Yes, use the Promissory Notes module to grant temporary financial clearance for eligible students.
