Step-by-Step Instructions

Open Payment Scheme
Navigate to Setup & Configuration > Payment Scheme.

Create Scheme
Click 'Add Payment Scheme', enter Scheme Name (e.g. 4-Installment Plan), and specify number of billing terms.

Configure Term Percentages
Set percentage allocations (e.g. Downpayment 25%, Prelim 25%, Midterm 25%, Final 25%).

Save Scheme
Save to allow students and cashiers to select this installment breakdown upon enrollment.
Important Business Rules & Invariants
100% Split Rule: The sum of all installment term percentages must equal exactly 100%.
