Step-by-Step Instructions

Open Student Permit
Go to Student Assessment > Student Permit in the sidebar.

Search Student & Period
Enter Student ID and select the target exam term (e.g. Midterm Exam).

Verify Clearance Criteria
System verifies that payments meet or exceed the required minimum installment threshold.

Print Exam Permit
Click 'Generate Permit' to download the official student exam pass with QR validation.
Important Business Rules & Invariants
Financial Threshold Gate: Permits cannot be generated if the student's paid balance is below the required installment amount unless an approved Promissory Note exists.
Common Questions & Troubleshooting
Yes, open Reports > Examination Permit to generate printable permit sheets for all cleared students in a section.
