Open Receivables Reports
Go to Reports > Account Receivables, Masterlist of Receivables, Aging of Receivables, or Promissory Notes.

Select As-of Date & Period
Choose cutoff date to compute transaction age buckets (Current, 30 Days, 60 Days, 90+ Days).

Export Delinquency Lists
Export debtor rosters to assist collection efforts and calculate bad debt reserves.
Important Business Rules & Invariants
Overpayment Floor at Zero: Individual student receivable calculations are floored at zero so student overpayments do not distort the total debt figure.
