Academic Period
A specific school term (e.g., 1st Semester 2026-2027) governing active enrollment, class schedules, and billing assessments.
Assessment
The itemized calculation of tuition, laboratory fees, and miscellaneous charges based on registered units.
Balance Forwarding
The accounting process of transferring unpaid student balances from prior semesters into the current term ledger.
Class Code / Section
A unique identifier assigned to a specific schedule block, day/time, room, and instructor offering.
Curriculum Matrix
The complete 4-year degree roadmap defining required subjects, unit credits, and prerequisite sequences.
DRP (Dropped)
An official academic status code indicating an authorized course withdrawal processed during the adding/dropping period.
General Weighted Average (GWA)
The cumulative academic performance score weighted by the unit credits of all graded subjects.
Official Receipt (OR)
A government-compliant fiscal receipt issued sequentially by the cashier upon receiving payment.
Prerequisite
A mandatory subject that must be passed before a student can register for an advanced course.
