Configure institutional scholarships, academic honor discounts, government vouchers (ESC/TSS), and apply grants to student assessments.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Open Discount & Scholarship
Go to Student Assessment > Discount Scholarship.

Create Discount / Grant Template
Click 'Add Scholarship', specify Name (e.g. Academic Excellence 100% Tuition), Discount Type (Percentage/Fixed), and applicable Fee items.

Assign to Student Grantees
Search student record, attach approved scholarship grant, and apply to the active term assessment.
Important Business Rules & Invariants
Applicable Fee Scope: Discounts apply only to designated fee categories (e.g. Tuition-only vs. All Fees).
Common Questions & Troubleshooting
Yes, multiple grants can be attached provided total discount values do not exceed 100% of assessed fees.
