Open Grade Reports
Go to Reports > Certificate of Grades, Final Grades, Term Grades, or GWA - Match Curriculum.

Filter by Student or Cohort
Enter a Student ID for individual COG printing, or select a Degree Program to generate honor rankings.

Generate & Print COG
Click 'Print COG' to produce stamped grade certificates for scholarship or employment verification.
Important Business Rules & Invariants
Curriculum Alignment: The 'GWA - Match Curriculum' report filters strictly for subjects required by the student's assigned degree matrix to calculate official Dean's List eligibility.
Common Questions & Troubleshooting
Yes, partial COGs can be printed showing released midterm marks with 'In Progress' remarks on pending subjects.
