Important Business Rules & Invariants

Active Enrollment Schedule Gate: Registration is only accessible when an active enrollment schedule is open for new applicants. If no schedule is active, the system displays a 'Registration Unavailable' notice.
Prior Attendance Restriction: Applicants who have previously attended NCF (High School or College) are prohibited from submitting new applicant registrations to prevent duplicate student identity records.
Mandatory Email OTP Binding: Applications cannot be submitted without completing real-time one-time password verification on the registrant's email address.
Core Admissions Integration: Submitting the form instantly creates an unadmitted Applicant record in Core Academic Portal (/admission/admission-applications) for document evaluation.
