Important Business Rules & Invariants

Assigned Faculty Teaching Load Gate: Faculty members can only view class lists for course sections where their faculty account is actively assigned as the official instructor in an active Section Offering for the chosen academic period. Unassigned or deleted subject schedules do not populate.
Real-Time Enrollment Synchronization: Newly validated student enrollments or approved cross-enrollments reflect immediately on the class list upon Registrar validation.
Dropped Student Audit Preservation: Officially withdrawn students remain visible on the roster with corresponding 'DRP' remarks to maintain accurate historical attendance records.

Common Questions & Troubleshooting

Ensure you have selected the correct Academic Period (e.g. 26-1). If still missing, confirm with your Department Chairperson or Academic Office that your faculty profile has been assigned to the section's subject schedule in the system.
