Step-by-Step Instructions

Open Curriculum Wizard
Go to Academic Management > Curriculum.

Select Program & Batch
Choose the Course and Academic Year (e.g. BSIT Batch 2026).

Build Year/Term Matrix
Assign subjects to 1st Year (Sem 1 & 2) through 4th Year. Attach prerequisite rules.

Publish Curriculum
Save and activate curriculum so incoming students can be evaluated against it.
Important Business Rules & Invariants
Prerequisite Enforcement: Students cannot self-enroll or encode subjects without passing all prerequisite requirements.
Common Questions & Troubleshooting
Yes, click 'Copy Curriculum', select the source batch (e.g. Batch 2025), and rename it for the new incoming year (e.g. Batch 2026).
