Open Student Awards
Go to Enrollment Management > Student Awards.

Create Award Entry
Click 'Add Award', search Student ID, specify Award Title (e.g. National Quiz Bee 1st Place), and Award Monetary Value.

Post Credit to Ledger
Confirm transaction to apply the award as a credit voucher offsetting current or future tuition charges.
Important Business Rules & Invariants
Non-Cash Voucher Status: Institutional awards are non-transferable credit vouchers applied strictly toward academic tuition fees.
