Open ID Setup

Navigate to Access Control / Management > ID Setup.

Specify prefix format (e.g. '{YY}-{CAMPUS}-{SEQ:5}' producing '26-MAIN-00124').

Set Current Sequence

Define starting number and test sample ID generation before saving.

Important Business Rules & Invariants

Immutable Issued IDs: Once an ID number is issued to an enrolled student, format changes will only apply to newly admitted cohorts.
